The feeling of someone appreciating your work, even when there were silly errors (that have already been fixed!), is something truly amazing. I am humbled by the comparisons to the famous authors, especially as both of their crowning titles hold a special place in my heart. Tolkien’s ‘The Hobbit’ sucked me into the world of true fantasy. Rowling and the Harry Potter series was what I grew up reading and watching. Her characters and their lives mirrored so much of us that it’s hard not to fall in love with them. While my writing certainly needs work, the fact that this reviewer could overlook my (ridiculously glaring) grammatical mistakes and still come out with positive things to say is tremendous. I am happy beyond words and I look forward to being re-reviewed when I submit my fully edited work!
