It's official. The second edition of The Last of Ryn Dvarek: A Journey Into Dreams is now available.
This has been a long time coming. When I first published the book, I was proud of it — and I still am. But time has a way of sharpening your eye. Readers offered feedback that was generous and honest. My own craft improved. And I began to see places where the story could be tighter, clearer, more itself.
What Changed
The core story hasn't changed. Cael's journey, Wynn's strength, Landon's mystery, the pull of the Academy — all of that remains intact. What's different is the precision.
Sentences were tightened. Passages that meandered were brought into focus. A few scenes were expanded where the emotional beats deserved more room to breathe. And the opening chapters — always the hardest part of any novel — were given particular attention to make sure they pull you in and don't let go.
Think of it as the same painting, but with the colors deepened and the edges sharpened.
Why a Second Edition
Some authors move on. They finish a book and never look back. I respect that approach, but it's not mine.
I believe a story deserves to be the best version of itself. And I believe readers deserve to experience that best version. The second edition isn't a correction — it's an elevation.
Where to Find It
The new edition is available now on Amazon in paperback and Kindle.
If you've already read the first edition, thank you. You were there at the beginning, and that means everything. If you're discovering this story for the first time — welcome. The dreams are waiting.
